My name is Mark Taylor.

I was born and raised on a farm in Mazabuka, Zambia and attended high school in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. I went on to study a Bachelor of Business Management through the University of South Africa and subsequently completed my Bcom Management with Honours at Rhodes University. Most of my professional career has been in the agri-business sector, from grain trading to protein procurement. I currently live in Umhlanga, South Africa with my wife Julia, and our dog Ivy.

I have always had a passion for photography, it allows an individual to capture their view of a specific situation. A single photo can be interpreted differently by every person who experiences it. I love that it can offer insights into my personality, interests, and perspective. It is my belief that no one can ever master photography, this allows me to continuously learn, grow and adapt my skills.
